Lawn and Exterior
Quotable on a Weekly or Bi-Weekly basis, all services are subject to 10% service charge and billed in full as soon as the work has been completed. A 50% deposit is required for any services designated as one-and-done.
Mowing
Full lawn maintenance which includes mowing and edging to maintain beautifully lined walkways and driveways year round. *Prices are quoted based on total time expected to complete the job by the hour.
Weed Whacking
Do you have an overgrown hillside or perhaps a new property in need of a fresh start? We can sculpt and knock down those out of control areas and help you regain control of your yard, no problem.
Weed & Feed Treatment
Treatment to aid in weed elimination and promote new and healthy lawn growth, applied and maintained on a monthly basis.
Mulch & Flower Bed Rejuvenation
Fresh shredded mulch (color of choice), Cedar Chips, Rubber mulch, Rock Beds (multiple size options)
New Plants & Shrubs
Add some new plants or shrubs to your flower beds to add some green to that outdoor space.
Buildout for New-Enclosed Garden
Interested in growing your own produce and herbs? We can assist in building you a peaceful and prosperous oasis complete with raised beds, a cedar walkway, *optional irrigation, 6' high fencing (optional 8' and/or fully enclosed with chicken wire). We have a wide range of options for everyones needs.
Buildout for New-Low Flowerbeds
Plants and flowers included per job based on the size of flower beds and special requests. Flower beds that require a retaining wall and/or backfill will be noted and cost adjusted accordingly.
Pressure Washing
Eco-friendly products only. We clean siding, brick, decorative stone, paved walks/driveways, concrete applications, garages and more! Trust us to carefully clean mildew and decades long buildup whether on your driveway, sidewalk or home.
Window Screen Cleaning
Do you need your window screens cleaned thoroughly before you put them in the windows for summer? We have the tools to get it done safely without stretching or damaging your screens.
